Our pastors, Jonathan and Raydeane Owens, provide strong leadership to a dedicated pastoral staff and leadership team who desire to share the love of Jesus and touch people in a way that makes a life changing, positive impact in their lives. We are committed to model servant hood, a strong prayer life and being people of the Spirit with a heart to minister to the Body of Christ.
Senior Pastors Jonathan "JO" and Raydeane Owens
Pastors Jonathan and Raydeane Owens have been married for more than 20 years and have two children, Seth and Jaymee Ray. They began ministering 20 years ago in Eureka, California as youth pastors. They served as youth and evangelism pastors in Meridian, Idaho for almost 6 years before moving to Vancouver, Washington to work with Pastors Bob and Sue MacGregor at City Harvest Church. In June of 2006 Pastors Jonathan and Raydeane planted Heart of the City in Coeur D' Alene, Idaho with a team of nine adults and their families. They make their home in the city of Coeur D' Alene and are so blessed to live close to family and in such a beautiful and friendly area.
Pastors Joe and Kirsten Tuttle are happily married and have two small children, Avery and Pierce. They met and were married at City Harvest Church in Vancouver, Washington where they served and trained on youth staff for 6 years. They moved to Coeur d' Alene with Pastors JO and Raydeane Owens in June of 2006. The Generation Church "Pulse" was started in July of 2006 and is a dream come true for the Tuttle's. The motto for Pulse is "Living the Beat" meaning to live out what is in the heartbeat of God. It is their desire to see youth touched by the presence and power of God through a real relationship with him. They encourage young people to take a stand for Christ in their schools and in their culture and to reach their friends with the good news of Jesus Christ.
Krista Beattie
Children's Director
Krista Beattie is a graduate of Eastern Washington University where she earned her secondary teaching degree in English and history. She was born and raised in Spokane, WA and she currently helps run a small loose-leaf tea business with her grandmother. Krista has a passion for sharing the love of Christ with children and young women. She also loves music and dancing and writes, directs and acts in dramas for the church.

Ryan & Jame' moved to Coeur d' Alene from Boise, Idaho in November of 2006. While living in Boise they spent 7 years serving in generation ministry at Capital Christian Center. Currently Ryan is the Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Kootenai County and Jame' is the Membership Director for the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce. They make their home in Post Falls, Idaho with their two children Emily and Samuel.
Neil and Diana Peterson
Elders, Audio-Visual, Support, and Hospitality Ministry
Neil and Diana are natives of the Coeur d' Alene area. Neil is a retired State Soil Scientist for the Washington State Natural Resources Conservation Service. Diana is a retired teacher and librarian from Nampa Christian Schools, Nampa, Idaho. They have two boys, Bob and Steve, who live in Mesa, AZ and Boise, ID, respectively. Neil and Diana have been involved in church leadership for over 35 years.
