Welcome to Heart of the City Church Go Kids! Children's Ministries. Our team of dedicated teachers and volunteer helpers works hard to provide a fun environment where they will learn how to worship, pray and read God's Word. Our goal is to help form Christ's character in each child. Our curriculum is tailored to help children discover the limitless love Jesus has for them, and to teach them how to fulfill the great commission which is to go and tell the good news of Jesus Christ.
Our Children's Nursery places infants to age 4 in a safe environment where your child will be well cared for by our ministry team. Our Children's Ministry cares for and teaches ages Kindergarten to 5th Grade. At Heart of the City Church, our children stay with their families during worship and then are released for kid's church during our announcements. This is also the time for parents to check in their younger children into the Nursery.
Our kid's ministry workers are all volunteers, and they are all talented and gifted in working with children. Keeping our young ones safe and secure is a priority so all volunteers go through a background check as well as attend quarterly training throughout the year.
